Juniors

Cockfosters Cricket Club is proud of its Junior cricket.It’s the ‘Life Blood’ of our club. We are even more proud of the players we have produced, players who have made representation at County level and players who are now strong senior level players.

The team sheet for Saturday, 13th August, 2022 comprised of 18 players in the 3 teams selected that came up through the juniors or are currently part of the section.

Youth teams

Cockfosters runs 2 Youth teams (Under 11s friendlies and League U17s  matches and friendlies) and for beginners All Stars cricket and Dynamos cricket.

Practice sessions & matches

In 2023 Junior Summer Practice sessions are as follows:-

For U/17s starts Monday 3rd April 6pm - 8pm and every Monday thereon at Chalk Lane, Cockfosters EN4 9JG

For U/11s start Sunday 23rd April 10am - midday and every Sunday thereon until end of July at Cockfosters, EN4 9JG

League & friendly matches start at 6pm on weekdays and 10am on Sundays.

If your child is NEW to cricket aged 5 to 8 sign up to the Cockfosters Dynamos Cricket program see www.ecb.co.uk/play/all-stars starting Monday, 8th May from 5pm - 5:45pm and runs for 8 weeks. Already have bookings so hurry to book!

If your child is NEW to cricket aged 8 to 11 sign up to the Cockfosters Dynamos Cricket program see www.ecb.co.uk/play/dynamoscricket starting Wednesday, 10th May from 5pm - 6pm and runs for 8 weeks. Already have 16 bookings with a max. capacity of 24 so hurry to book!
